Dr. Loubna Bouarfa

A founder led by clarity, driven by purpose.

Dr. Loubna Bouarfa is a machine learning scientist turned entrepreneur who sees technology not as an end, but as a mirror—revealing what matters most when all noise is stripped away.

Recognized by Forbes and MIT for her innovation, she has advised the European Commission, guided ethical AI for the United Nations, and judged the UK’s highest engineering honour, the MacRobert Award. She teaches at Cambridge. She shapes vision at Oxford. She builds what does not yet exist.

Loubna’s journey began in research and led to founding OKRA.ai—an AI company that transformed decision-making in healthcare. After its acquisition, she stepped into a new mission: to build a space where science, systems, and soul converge—through startups that seek truth, not scale.

Through The Stealth Studio at the Maxwell Centre in Cambridge, she is creating a path for a new kind of builder—those who hear what others miss and act on it with stillness and strength.

“The signal doesn’t shout. It waits—for those who are quiet enough to feel it.”

She is, and will always be, a founder.
